Raffle of 1994 Corvette LT-1 Convertible
Donations will be $1.00 per numbered ticket
Winner of the1994 Corvette LT-1 Convertible is to be chosen by drawing, Aug 16th, 2008 at “Hot Night in August” Car Show, Jenks Oklahoma
Winner must be 21 yrs of age, and need not be present to win. Legal U.S. residency required.
Members of Tulsa Vette Set, and immediate family residing at member’s residence are ineligible to win.

Winner notification will be by telephone and mail.
Successive alternate backup winners will be drawn and held by Tulsa Vette Set judges, but not announced, in case the first winner fails to pick up the car within 30 days or is otherwise ineligible.
Purchasers do not need their end of the ticket for any reason. A valid photo ID will be required that matches the name on the winning drawn stub.
Winner will comply with IRS regulations as applicable before receiving possession of the car. Tag, excise and title fees, all expenses for claiming and registering the car are responsibility of winner.
Donations for this raffle are not deductible under IRS rules. This raffle is subject to all local, state, and federal laws, and is void where prohibited or otherwise restricted.
If less than 50,000 tickets are sold, winner will receive ˝ the receipts of total tickets sales, not to exceed $5,000.00.
A maximum of 100,000 tickets will be sold.
Tulsa Vette Set, its members, officers and directors are not responsible for any damages, acts, losses or liabilities arising from the purchase the raffle tickets or claiming and possession of the car other than as stated in the raffle rules.
Tulsa Vette Set will make the car, in good condition, with clear title, available to the contest winner per the rules and regulations of the raffle.
Tulsa Vette Set is a Not For Profit, Oklahoma corporation, established in 1971, whose purpose is to encourage planned trips, events and social activities for Club members; to provide and regulate competition events and exhibitions for Corvette owners; and to encourage careful and skillful driving on public highways; and support charitable efforts.
